Want to get fit, support a good cause and have fun, but don’t have much spare time? Do all three at once by running (or walking) the Brussels Marathon for Autism-Europe !
The Brussels Marathon (42km), half marathon (21km) and mini marathon (4km) will be held on Sunday October 7, 2012.
If you are not a keen runner, participating in the mini-marathon (just 4km) is a great way to enjoy a fun day out, increase your fitness and support the important work of Autism-Europe.
To participate, here’s what you need to do:
1. Register to run for the Brussels Marathon at: http://www.brusselsmarathon.be/
2. Tell Autism-Europe that you are by completing the form (below) and returning it to secretariat@autismeurope.org by Friday September 14.
3. Set yourself a fundraising target and ask friends, family and colleagues to support you. Download our short guide (below) on how to fundraise for Autism-Europe.
4. Run (or walk) the marathon, half-marathon or mini-marathon in Brussels on October 7.
