On 2nd of December the “Child with a future” foundation, Ukranian member of Autism-Europe, and the Ukranian Ministry of Education and Science, signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This Memorandum will allow both sides to join hands to establish a systematic approach to towards educating children with autism in Ukraine.
This document implies a bilateral co-operation between the autism community and the Government at the local, regional, and international level on the issues of social integration, socio-psychological, educational and legal assistance for families with special needs, etc.
Autism-Europe is pleased to witness the country’s progress towards recognition of autism, and privileged to have its member, the “Child with a future” foundation, which has played such a vital role in pushing for this.
