Autism-Europe

World Autism Awareness Day

World Autism Awareness Day

Every year we celebrate World Autism Awareness Day.

It is on the 2 of April.

It is a day to explain to people what autism is.

It helps people understand better what it is like to live with autism.

Autism-Europe’s campaigns

Every year Autism-Europe runs a campaign.

A campaign is a number of activities that help give people a message.

The message we want to give people is that we must understand autism better and respect autistic people.

Each year we also try to give an extra message.

In 2017 and 2018 our message will be about making society more accessible for autistic people.

This document will help you to support the current campaign.

We want to explain to people how to give people with autism better access to all parts of life.
