Le rapport souligne \u00e9galement les obstacles majeurs rencontr\u00e9s par les familles lorsqu\u2019elles essaient d\u2019inscrire leur enfant handicap\u00e9 dans des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement ordinaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Il fournit aussi des informations sur une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par les parents d\u2019un jeune \u00e9tudiant atteint d\u2019un handicap intellectuel \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales pour le manque de soutien \u00e9ducationnel sp\u00e9cifique. Dans son rapport, le M\u00e9diateur a identifi\u00e9 des preuves de la discrimination li\u00e9e \u00e0 son handicap.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/french\/disabilities\/default.asp?id=1413\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L\u2019article 24 de la Convention de l\u2019ONU relative aux Droits des Personnes Handicap\u00e9es<\/a> oblige les Etats signataires de la Convention \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre le droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation des personnes handicap\u00e9es.
