{"id":4643,"date":"2017-02-20T16:00:44","date_gmt":"2017-02-20T15:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.autismeurope.org\/fr\/?p=4643"},"modified":"2018-08-13T14:55:11","modified_gmt":"2018-08-13T12:55:11","slug":"la-resolution-du-conseil-dadministration-du-feph-sur-le-droit-a-lemploi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.autismeurope.org\/fr\/blog\/2017\/02\/20\/la-resolution-du-conseil-dadministration-du-feph-sur-le-droit-a-lemploi\/","title":{"rendered":"La r\u00e9solution du Conseil d\u2019Administration du FEPH sur le droit \u00e0 l\u2019emploi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-600\" src=\"http:\/\/autismeurope.akimedia.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/huerto-5-picture-by-autismo-sevilla.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autismeurope.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/huerto-5-picture-by-autismo-sevilla.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.autismeurope.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/huerto-5-picture-by-autismo-sevilla-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.autismeurope.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/huerto-5-picture-by-autismo-sevilla-768x461.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Le 18 f\u00e9vrier 2017, le Forum Europ\u00e9en des Personnes Handicap\u00e9es (FEPH) a organis\u00e9 une conf\u00e9rence intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0des lieux de travail inclusifs : l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 du travail\u00a0\u00bb, en collaboration avec son membre maltais, la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youthinfo.gov.mt\/default.asp?m=cat&amp;id=813\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Malta Federation of Organisations of Persons with Disability<\/em><\/a> (MFOPD) (la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration maltaise des organisations de personnes handicap\u00e9es).<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Le droit des personnes handicap\u00e9es d\u2019exercer un travail et un emploi est \u00e9nonc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019article 27 de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/french\/disabilities\/default.asp?id=1413\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Convention des Nations Unies relative aux Droits des Personnes Handicap\u00e9es<\/a> (CNUDPH), qui indique que les personnes handicap\u00e9es ont le droit de travailler, sur la base de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 avec les autres, sur un march\u00e9 du travail et dans un milieu de travail ouverts,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A l\u2019issue des discussions qui ont eu lieu dans le cadre de la conf\u00e9rence, le Conseil d\u2019Administration du FEPH a adopt\u00e9 une r\u00e9solution en vue de mettre en exergue les questions cl\u00e9s et appeler les institutions de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et les Etats membres \u00e0 prendre des mesures concr\u00e8tes.
