Sofia, Bulgaria"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>The European Conference \u00ab\u00a0Investing in people \u2013 the way forward\u00a0\u00bb is part of the Bulgarian Presidency&rsquo;s events program and will conclude the celebrations of the 60-year anniversary of the European Social Fund.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The two-day event will consist of\u00a0<strong>plenary sessions<\/strong>\u00a0dedicated to discussions on the strategic orientation of human development funding in Europe, and\u00a0<strong>thematic workshops<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The conference will bring together all relevant actors such as representatives from EU institutions, national, regional, local public authorities, social partners, civil society organisations, academia as well as end-users and beneficiaries of the funds.
