GrappleThon addicts\u00a0Weronika Urbanska and Mike\u00a0Van Dammen organise a charity event in Brussels aiming at raising money for Autism-Europe<\/a> and\u00a0Blackbelts for Butterflies<\/a> to support people on the autism spectrum. A GrappleThon is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) event where the BJJ community gets together to roll for a predetermined period, fundraising for a worthy cause.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

  • All clubs and\/or affiliations are welcomed;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • the event will run for 24h;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • participants do not have to stay\/roll for the whole event, they can drop in even just for one roll;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • It might be an opportunity for people who wish to try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the first time to do so in a friendly environment;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • the participation is free but organisers kindly ask to donate at least 1\u20ac for charity;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • GrappleThon is not a competition;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • There will be prizes for participants, good music and friendly vibes to make it even more fun!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
