{"id":30088,"date":"2019-03-13T10:30:19","date_gmt":"2019-03-13T09:30:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.autismeurope.org\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=30088"},"modified":"2019-03-13T10:30:19","modified_gmt":"2019-03-13T09:30:19","slug":"disability-intergroup-open-event-dont-take-my-spot-the-european-disability-parking-card-brussels","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/www.autismeurope.org\/fr\/event\/disability-intergroup-open-event-dont-take-my-spot-the-european-disability-parking-card-brussels\/","title":{"rendered":"Disability Intergroup open event: \u00ab\u00a0Don&rsquo;t take my spot &#8211; the European Disability Parking Card\u00a0\u00bb.- Brussels"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Disability Parking Card is one of the most visible EU initiatives for persons with disabilities, and it is also one of the oldest ones. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">In this conference three main issues realting the European Parking Card for persons with disabilities will be discussed: (1) <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The different ways in which the Card is issued; (2)\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Who is eligible for the Card; and (3)\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fraudulent use and blocking of parking spaces reserved for persons with disabilities.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Member States are responsible for designating the authorities that distribute the Cards, usually on local or regional level, and each Member State also decides who is eligible for the Card.
