The Disability Parking Card is one of the most visible EU initiatives for persons with disabilities, and it is also one of the oldest ones. In this conference three main issues realting the European Parking Card for persons with disabilities will be discussed: (1) The different ways in which the Card is issued; (2) Who is eligible for the Card; and (3) Fraudulent use and blocking of parking spaces reserved for persons with disabilities.
