Coproducing employment initiatives for young persons with disabilities and mental health problems. Brussels, Belgium

30/01/2018 @ 9 h 00 min - 11 h 30 min

The event will aim to showcase how employment initiatives both at European, national, regional and local level can benefit from the coproduction methodology, where all relevant stakeholders participate in the development and implementation of the initiative.

It will focus on inclusive employment, in line with article 27 of the UNCRPD, linking EU employment initiatives and policies (such as the Youth Employment Initiative) to inclusive practices of employment support for young persons with disabilities from all stakeholders.

The intent is to create an opportunity for all stakeholders – persons with disabilities, services, employers, trade unions, as well as policy makers, MEPs and the European Commission – to network and find common grounds to develop collaboration based on the model of coproduction.
