Match for solidarity- Geneva, Switzerland

The UN and UEFA have joined forces to organise a charity football match in the name of peace, human rights and well-being, with all proceeds going to humanitarian projects through the UEFA Foundation for Children.
Luís Figo and Ronaldinho will captain two teams of famed footballers, with renowned coaches Carlo Ancelotti and Didier Deschamps in the dugout, and referee legend Pierluigi Collina officiating.
Players already confirmed include: David James, Dida, Vítor Baía, Antonis Nikopolidis, Cafu, Míchel Salgado, Edmílson, Éric Abidal, Frank de Boer, Rio Ferdinand, Dejan Stanković, Michael Essien, Youri Djorkaeff, Robert Pirès, Jari Litmanen, Christian Karembeu, Andrea Pirlo, Raúl González, Robbie Keane, Gaizka Mendieta, Ronald de Boer, Deco, Henrik Larsson, Kelly Smith, Alexander Frei, Patrick Kluivert, Célia Šašić and Nuno Gomes.
Autisme Genève has been chosen as a local association, partly a beneficiary of this event.
