“Innovation in Autism Practice: The Future is Here” seeks to explore how our evolving understanding of autism can, and should, influence service provision. We will place autistic perspectives and experiences at the heart of these discussions.
In accordance with the statutes for our organisation, the 2019 Autism- Europe’s Council of Administration second meeting will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on November 16 and 17, 2019. Side activities will also be organized. All the working documents related to these meetings will be emailed to registered participants at a later date.
Hosted by the European Commission, in partnership with the European disability forum, this event is the opportunity for the EU to mainstream disability issues and to raise awareness of the everyday- life challenges faced by persons with disabilities.
If you are a pre-school teacher working with autistic children, this free conference will give you the opportunity to: discover a freely available training and online tools to develop your skills to respond to the needs of children on the autism spectrum; and meet teachers from various European countries to share their experience in responding to the needs of children on the autism spectrum.
