“Innovation in Autism Practice: The Future is Here” seeks to explore how our evolving understanding of autism can, and should, influence service provision. We will place autistic perspectives and experiences at the heart of these discussions.

The EESC is organising a public hearing on "Shaping the EU agenda for disability rights 2020-2030" on 21 October 2019, where we will try to give an answer to these questions.

The Freedom Drive is one of the key campaigns of the European Network on Independent Living (ENIL) – held every two years since 2003.
