Students with disabilities have different needs, requiring a tailor-made and flexible approach. SIHO, the Support Centre for Inclusive Higher Education, responds to student needs by developing support tools that enhance student experience in an accessible way. At this year’s conference, together with international organisations, SIHO will be showcasing innovative tools that assist students with disabilities to feel connected, resourceful and competent to participate in higher education and international mobility programs.

Autism-Europe's 12th International Congress will take place in Nice, France, between the 13 and 15 September 2019. It will be hosted by Autism-Europe member, Autisme France. The theme of the 12th edition of the Congress is "A new dynamic for change and inclusion". More than over 1,500 delegates are expected to attend this three-day event.

Organised by AE's member AsIAm, the theme of the conference will be "Building Partnerships" - exploring the need for close collaboration between professionals supporting autistic people and between the autism community and professional. Every session will be co-presented by a member of the autism community and a relevant professional, many of whom themselves are autistic. Friday is a professional development seminar targeting healthcare, education and social care in particular as well as policymakers. Saturday will be our Autism Community Conference.
