‘Progetto Filippide’ (Filippide Project) is an Italian social initiative promoting the inclusion of people with autism and intellectual disabilities through sports.

‘Progetto Filippide’ is currently organising a sports competition for young people with autism, which will take place in Rome, in November 2015. Titled The European Competition for Autistic People, the contest includes swimming and athletics events. The athletics challenge, Run for Autism, consists of both a 2.5 kilometre walk and a 10 kilometre run.
