Are you an autistic job seeker, a vocational education teacher or trainer, a staff member of an employment agency or an employer? We want to hear from you!
Autisme-Europe is part of an international consortium conducting research for Autism Spectrum Pathways (ASP), an Erasmus + project aimed at increasing employment opportunities for people on the autism spectrum and this online survey is the first step!
You can freely access the online survey here in English and here in French. The survey provides a series of questions depending on your profile: job seeker, vocational education teacher/trainer, employment agency staff member or employer and will only take a few minutes to complete. The information gathered will be used to create digital employment training modules, employment guides and a digital map of European autism associations and companies that already employ or who are willing to hire autistic employees.
Your input will be anonymous, so feel free to give your honest opinion and experience with this subject, as this will help us create useful material to guide both autistic jobseekers in accessing and maintaining employment and train employment agencies, VET schools and employers in supporting autistic candidates and employees.
These materials will be made available as open source to anyone, so stay tuned for the project’s updates!
